Basic Website Maintenance is to mainten your website as it is. So that due to any technical problem if the website doesn't function as we had delivered, we will repair it. So that it will work and function as it is. If any program is outdated and can't work, in that case we can't do any help to mainten the project. In some cases where programs are out dated, you need to upgrade th program. That may cost charges also. Basic Website Maintenance work doesn't include any changes, modification or additional work.

Regular Website Maintenance
Regular Website Maintenance which also covers all your Basic Website Maintenance work. Besides all these there are some clients want to update their website with new contents regular basis. We also provide that service to our clients. There is no fixed charges for this service. We fix up meeting and discuss about the updation to be done, accordly we charge to the client. In most of these cases there are fixed ammount of work weekly, monthly or yearly basis. In those cases we take the agreed ammount annually in advance.

Occasional Website Maintenance
In some cases some of clients require occasional changes modification in their website. In those cases client send their requirement by mail or by WhatsApp. We review their requirement and send the quotation to the client. If any the technical requirement can not be accomplised by us, we intimate the client in advance. The client makes the payment in part or full in advance before executing the final work.

Onsite Visiting Charges
Sometimes client require our presence to be at their office. We fix an appointment with the client in advance based on the availability of time by both the parties. The onsite visiting charges are applicable depending on the location of the client. All the charges are calculated on hourly / halfday / fullday basis.
